Shalini Naagar

Since December 2019, Shalini is serving as Director – HR, India, responsible for driving HR organizational excellence and advancing business through development and execution of strategic HR practices.

Shalini has over 24 years of experience in various industries including IT, ITES, Pharmaceuticals and Retail with proven expertise in transforming organizational culture by focusing on growth mindset and driving excellence. She is a Strategic HR Leader who creates value by driving people agenda in partnership with business leaders to achieve business outcomes while bringing in the best of Human Resource programs in organizational effectiveness and design, talent management and leadership practices.

Prior to Baxter, Shalini has been associated with renowned companies like Marks and Spencer, Novartis Vaccines, and Computer Sciences Corporation India Pvt. Ltd. amongst others, in various Strategic HR Leadership roles. In one of her earlier associations, she has been instrumental in leading the organization to be recognized as “Great Place To Work” for 5 consecutive years. Also, she has been recognized with some coveted HR awards, such as Hundred HR Innovators in India (2018); Most Influential HR Leaders in India (2016); 25 Most Admired HR Professionals in Retail in Asia Pacific (2015); and Women Super Achiever for contribution in HR (2011).

Academically, Shalini holds Master’s of Business Administration (Human Resources) and Master’s in Economics from Lucknow, India. She is also a certified Gallup Strengths Coach and Fellow of CIPD (UK) as well as certified Thomas Profiling Expert.
