Rishikesh Jaiwant

Rishikesh helms as the Plant Manager of Baxter Pharmaceuticals India Private Limited since January 2019. His abled leadership is primarily responsible for delivering superior quality, cost efficient, on-time products and services that comply with safety guidelines and support the goals of associated businesses. 

During his 23 years of association with pharmaceutical and vaccines manufacturing in FDA regulated facilities, Rishikesh has worked in leadership roles across Operations, Quality, Project Management, Operational Excellence, and Technical Trainings. Before joining us, Rishikesh was associated with GlaxoSmithKline PLC (GSK) as  Site Director for Ankleshwar (India) Vaccine Plant, which includes four years of global exposure at GSK’s Marietta (PA) USA vaccine manufacturing site.

Academically, Rishikesh holds a Post Graduate Degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from a reputed university in Indore (Madhya Pradesh, India).
